Mamoul Cookie Mold

Mamoul cookies are date or nut-filled pastries popular throughout the Middle East. The pastry is made with semolina flour, floral water and butter, creating a soft, flaky texture. The date or nut filling is spiced with nutmeg and cinnamon. They are traditionally enjoyed with Turkish coffee or tea.
