They use the same hypalon non-wicking roll-top closure as our other dry sacks and feature a D-ring attachment point at the buckle. The oval base prevents the dry bag from rolling away on sloping surfaces. Ideal for backpacking, cycle touring, travel, ski touring and more. The body of the dry bag is waterproof (10,000 mm hydrostatic head). However, avoid submersion since water can seep through the roll-top closure of any dry bag. Do these dry bags work in very cold conditions? The fabric and roll-top closure stiffener will remain pliable to around -20˚F / -30˚F. Below these temperatures, a hard case with an ‘O’ Ring is probably a better choice for critical gear.
